4. Audio Recordings

When you use the Service, your voice recordings are sent to third-party AI services for pronunciation analysis. Recordings are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers after analysis is complete. Assessment results (scores, feedback) are stored in your account for progress tracking.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of SpeakSharp are owned by us or our licensors. Practice phrases and educational content are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in language proficiency. AI-powered pronunciation analysis may not always be perfectly accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakSharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
